BROOKLYN HEIGHTS RESIDENT AND ACTOR JOHN DOMAN has been busy. Last month, Doman and his wife Linda trekked out to Park City, Utah, to attend the Sundance Film Festival premieres of his films, The Company Men and Blue Valentine, which are scheduled to hit theaters later this year. Doman will also appear in March’s All Good Things, starring Ryan Gosling and Kirsten Dunst.
Recently Doman accepted an offer to perform in the NY Public Theater’s production of “The Book of Grace,” by Pulitzer Prize-winner playwright Suzan-Lori Park.
From the Public Theater’s web site, “When a young man returns home to South Texas to confront his father, everyday life erupts into a battle for personal survival. At once fiercely intimate and explosive, “The Book of Grace” weaves the story of three people bound together by love and longing, passion and ambition.”
The play will run from March 2 to April 4 and also stars Amari Cheatom and Elizabeth Marvel.
